An important part of our corporate culture is aimed by the developing of our junior executives. Our trainees receive a comprehensive apprenticeship, accompanied by competent and experienced instructors. A wide range of task areas ensure an exciting work day. A separate teaching cabinet is available for the electronics technicians, where individual projects can be created, implemented and evaluated.
Further training possibilities during the apprenticeship as well as the take over after successful skilled worker graduation are guaranteed.
For our commitment we were honored in December 2019 with the award TOP training company IHK Ostthüringen.
